Project management services are another area of our strength. We provide overall project co-ordination and scheduling of project activities for timely completion of new projects. We will develop detailed project schedule using scheduling software, for all activities of the project, monitor project progress and co-ordinate with Clients, vendors and construction agencies,  prepare monthly progress reports and ensure Project is on schedule.
